I'd like to say how much I enjoyed the course and was impressed with the courteous and professional manner that it was carried out. The icing on the cake was the air conditioning!

Peter and Mark deserve credit for running a very professional organisation, which I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone who needs a classroom based ADR or CPC Course.
